We took a major client to China to visit proposed manufacturers to produce a significant domestic appliance requiring some complex engineering solutions. Contracts were signed and all parties are satisfied that it is the beginning of a promising business relationship.

Second anniversary of the Company. This marked a good moment to reflect on how the business has developed against original plans. We offer a wider service through products sourced and sold than envisaged but we are very happy with the broad range of customers and clients that we have. Thank you all!

GPS has worked with a number of ink suppliers and following this now has an agency for specialist tape printing inks with a leading European producer.

Our latest recruit Marcin Troscianczuk joined the team. He is from Poland but graduated from university in Wales. Marcin brings many skills to GPS, but also gives us a very useful insight (not to mention language ability!) for sourcing from Eastern Europe.

GPS moved to a new office address in Newport. The new facilities offer necessary room for growth and a very pleasant location close to the M4 motorway convenient for clients and suppliers to visit. Conference facilities are also available.

We formed a relationship with a team of energy efficiency experts. This enables us to offer savings and greater efficiency throughout better energy utilisation.

After an impressive first year, GPS has evolved in some unexpected directions. Not only do we offer our core purchasing services, but we also supply goods where this has been requested. This increases our network and offers a complete ‘one stop’ service for these customers.
