PURCHASING HEALTH CHECKS

This service is aimed at manufacturing and service companies alike and can include reviews of commodities, utilities or services. The purpose is to reduce the total purchasing cost to the business. It is initiated through a free, no obligation, survey to establish the areas in which savings may be achieved. In larger companies this process can address a relevant but limited range of commodities as a feasibility study to determine the potential worth of further work, without interfering in the Client’s daily routine more than is absolutely necessary. A Client may specify additional points of relevance to her organisation, e.g. a desire to extend credit terms to improve cash flow, or alternatively to obtain early settlement discounts; or there may be certain currencies you would prefer to use to make payments.
We will forecast anticipated savings / improvements from our initial survey and only then will you decide whether to engage our services.
