Your product, your artwork, your way

Print and Packaging

We supply printed material and packaging for distribution across a range of industries. Many of our retail display packages are supplied by our clients into major retailers on the high street.

We are regularly involved in designing innovative packaging for both transit and display. Packaging is designed around your product or range. From designing in-store merchandising display units, orchestrating consolidated manufacturing for cost reduction, to redesigning outer cartons to optimise storage efficiency, we take on larger projects and components of projects alike.

Contract packing can be undertaken, utilising our relationships with local facilities including a social enterprise based in South Wales. This service enables delivery of goods prepped and packed ready for retail to your chosen destination.

With our network of suppliers, we are often able to reduce costs and provide quality printed work ranging from tags, greeting cards, gift tags and backing cards through to large and complex display units and components.

Sustainability

Awareness of our environmental impact has completely shifted the way we operate. Our current aim is for 95% of the packaging we produce to comprise recycled, FSC®, and PEFC™ materials.

Substrates are sourced from European mills, where traceability of materials is paramount and guaranteed. When wood and paper are fundamental to the growth and development of your business, it is not only morally obligatory to practice good stewardship of forests and woodlands, but good business. The mills we buy from are no exception, in fact they are exceptional in their commitments to sustainability.

Indirect environmental impact is inherently reduced compared with sourcing from mills further afield, not only mile for mile, but where measures and regulatory controls adopted locally often go above and beyond those in place in other areas of the world.

Inks have come a long way, with printers implementing environmentally friendly water-based ink for flexographic printing and natural vegetable oil-based inks for lithographic as standard immensely reducing environmental impact. At the other end of the product life, at the point of recycling, vegetable oils are easier to remove from card and paper. They also do not release volatile organic compounds (VOCs), unlike mineral oil inks of the past.

Each component of operations mentioned above contributes to a culture steeped in a sense of responsibility that we consistently put into practice. We’re looking beyond our current best practices, striving to improve how we operate to reduce our environmental impact and increase our positive impact.
